Thunissen Bouw uses SitePodium to inform their clients (apartment buyers) about the progress of their project.
Parkzicht Phase 3 refers to two apartment buildings at the foot of some sand dunes. Project Manager, Mauro Shintu, is responsible for the project and administers SitePodium. On average, he publishes 1 or 2 updates a week to keep residents informed.
During construction, communication with the residents was very important. In fact, it was the reason Mauro decided to use SitePodium. In total, Thunissen Bouw have 25 clients, and they have 86 followers on SitePodium. Mauro knows that some of the company’s clients have family in Australia and Curaçao following the project through SitePodium. He finds it cool that his use of SitePodium is appreciated that way. Thunissen Bouw actively promoted SitePodium both before and during construction activities. They sent all residents regular newsletters, in which they repeatedly mentioned that anyone could follow the project using SitePodium. After each newsletter, they watched their follower count increase. They also informed their broker that potential clients could follow the construction through SitePodium.
