Next week, on 10 March, we are launching a series of updates to our admin portal. These improvements are designed to offer project admins better insights, making communication more measurable and effective.

A fresh project dashboard
The new dashboard provides a clear snapshot of key project data as soon as you open a project.
At the top, you will see graphs displaying active users, new followers, feedback ratings and engagement levels. Below, you can quickly access recent updates, open conversations and survey responses if you use those features.
There is also a new option to download a project QR code, which we will cover next.
Grow your audience with project QR codes
QR codes are an easy way to help people find and follow your project.
The best approach is to include them in resident letters, leaflets and on construction hoardings. Previously, QR codes directed users to download SitePodium or a custom app. Now, you can generate a QR code with adirect project link, making it even easier for people to connect.
You can download the code in formats suited for both digital and print use.
Update insights: Track your post impact.
Wondering how many views your update has received, how often it was opened or where your audience is based?
With the new update insights, you get clear, visual answers.
In the updates overview, you will now see a view count for each post. Clicking on an update reveals more details, including:
- The number of push notifications sent
- How often the update was opened
- How many unique users were reached
- Graphs showing engagement and reactions
- A map showing user locations
- Insights into devices and referral sources
Improved navigation and a sleeker look.
To support these changes, we have reorganised the admin portal for a smoother experience:
- Organisation settings are now grouped in one place.
- The project overview page has a cleaner, more structured design.
- Project settings, including contact details, target audiences, live streams and widgets, are now grouped under project settings.
- The archive for newsletters and other materials is now a separate section.
- The feedback monitor has been redesigned for a better overview of insights.
